Tip of the day today is, to make cheap eyeliners more blendable, just blast them with a hairdryer for a few seconds before use.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip! I've always heard of rubbing the eyeliner pencil between your hands to warm it up but I'm going to try this idea soon :) xx
