Checking in with Weight Watchers - Week 3

Good evening lovely ladies!

Week three of Weight Watchers came and went with another pound down.

Total weight lost since start date = 5lbs
Total weight until goal = 17lbs

Tips of the week is go swimming. It's a full body workout and very relaxing. It doesn't take up too much time and you won't break into a sweat.

Foods of the week have been zero points bananas, apples and strawberries. Jacket potatoes have also been a lunchtime God send to keep me full during the day.

I'm looking forward to getting my exercise routine updated on Sunday. Hopefully this will help me kick off some more pounds in the coming weeks.
