Checking in with Weight Watchers - Week 2

Week two of Weight Watchers had a somewhat shaky start with some naughty mince pies and Christmas biscuits still hanging around! However, overall a good week with another pound gone. This means I have lost four pounds since starting. Hurray!

Exercise wise I did a half hour swim, two half hour gym visits and one half hour walk. My goal this week is to fit in five 35 minute exercise sessions.

I'm enjoying trying the Weight Watchers recipies, it gives you the opportunity to try something new whilst still controlling portion sizes.

This week's favourites have been:


Baked Potato with Cheesy Mince Topping with plenty of green salad.


Weight Watchers Toad in the Hole with Broccoli.

And Tosca Reno's Picante Frittata, a perfect light meal. I substitute the peppers with tomatoes.


I am thankful to my lovely fiance for cooking and helping me in my efforts!

I hope anyone else who started Weight Watchers this year is doing well too.

Have a good week and I promise some beauty related blog posts soon! I am thinking about creating a separate blog for health/fitness/Weight Watchers to keep it separate...let me know what you think.
